I’ve neglected you guys for too long! I’ve been getting email notifications of new followers so I had to do an update. I picked up a second job about a month ago as the fitness coach and receptionist/sales rep at Bally Total Fitness. Absolutely love it! Not only does it keep my own fitness goals in check, but I meet great people everyday and have the best best best co-workers....

Do you know the difference?
This is a good grocery list guide to help anyone who wants to start eating healthy. Anytime I want to change things up I refer back to this. I WISH I could spend $100 on groceries all the time; protein gets expensive especially since you have to eat it all the time! Protein powder is also good for shakes and meal replacements and a good tub of it will last longer than any produce you buy.

is that I think everyone knows how to lose weight. It’s just a matter of maintaining it and making it a way of life. We all know it makes us feel good after, but sometimes that’s still not enough to get us off the couch. Don’t make it a chore or a love/hate relationship.
